Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MarketGardenPro application and website ("Service") operated by MarketGardenPro ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into MarketGardenPro (farm data, crop plans, customer records, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Free tier features are available without payment.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers retain their current price until renewal.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep MarketGardenPro available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

MarketGardenPro is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for crop losses, financial losses, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• The Service provides tools and information — it does not constitute agricultural, financial, or legal advice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
