MarketGardenPro ("we", "us", "our") operates the MarketGardenPro mobile application and website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• Farm data: farm name, location (coordinates), crop plans, beds, plantings, orders, and customers you enter into the app.
• Location data: with your permission, we access your device's location to set your farm coordinates for weather forecasts. We do not track your location in the background.
• Usage data: app interactions, crash reports, and device information to improve our service.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the MarketGardenPro service.
• Deliver weather forecasts based on your farm location.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (verification, password resets, order confirmations).
• Improve and develop new features.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Service providers: hosting (AWS), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and weather data providers — only as needed to operate the service.
• Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel.

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your account data from the app settings.
• Export your farm data by contacting support.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@marketgardenpro.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

MarketGardenPro is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
